COVID-19 Health & Safety Plan

Trade exhibitions, such as All-Energy Australia, are well ordered market places and are delivered in a controlled environment; as such, venues, organisers, exhibitors and attendees are able to take necessary steps that will minimise health risks from COVID-19 and ensure you are able to do business in a safe environment.

With that in mind, Reed Exhibitions, organisers of All-Energy Australia, have developed a set of enhanced health and safety protocols. This plan was developed based on the event risk assessment and the standard operating procedures and ongoing updates and developments with venues and safe work guidelines. Our goal is to improve upon these standards where it is necessary and appropriate to do so to support the health and safety of all those who attend our events, in whatever capacity.

The following video outlines what you can expect to see in place at Reed Exhibitions events in the new normal.

COVID Safe Event Terms & Conditions

Show Entry/Exit Procedures

There will be dedicated entry points into the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for visitors attending All-Energy Australia 2021. Once inside the building, you will first be asked to register via the Service Victoria App and will then be able to register as normal for All-Energy Australia and proceed to the show entry. At each show entry point you will be required to show your badge.

QR Scanning

For entry into All-Energy Australia all attendees will be required to scan a QR Code and enter their contact details via the Service Victoria App. For ease of access, we recommend downloading the Service Victoria App prior to the event. The Service Victoria QR Code will be placed at all entry points into All-Energy Australia.

As a trade-only event all attendees must register with the appropriate business information to prove legitimacy to the industry. Attendees must wear their unique name badge at all times and will be subject to ID checks where necessary. Your badge will give you access to All-Energy Australia and co-located events Energy Efficiency Expo and Waste Expo Australia all held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Physical Distancing

Based on the current 1 person per 4sqm capacity rule and the historical attendance at All-Energy Australia, the daily attendance at any one time falls under this capacity level, however we will be monitoring congestion and have a number of safety initiatives in place aligned to the VIC Health requirements and their consultation.

If face masks are required for All-Energy Australia , as part of the VIC Government mandate, all patrons will be required to wear a face mask as a condition of entry. All attendees will be notified of this requirement prior to the fair. You can also check back here for updates, as we will revise this information regularly.
