There will be dedicated entry points into the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for visitors attending All-Energy Australia 2022. Once inside the building, you will be able to register as normal for All-Energy Australia and proceed to the show entry. At each show entry point you will be required to show your badge. 

As a trade-only event all attendees must register with the appropriate business information to prove legitimacy to the industry. Attendees must wear their unique name badge at all times and will be subject to ID checks where necessary. Your badge will give you access to All-Energy Australia and co-located events Energy Efficiency Expo and Waste Expo Australia all held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

Based on the current 1 person per 4sqm capacity rule and the historical attendance at All-Energy Australia, the daily attendance at any one time falls under this capacity level, however we will be monitoring congestion and have a number of safety initiatives in place aligned to the VIC Health requirements and their consultation.

If face masks are required for All-Energy Australia , as part of the VIC Government mandate, all patrons will be required to wear a face mask as a condition of entry. All attendees will be notified of this requirement prior to the fair. You can also check back here for updates, as we will revise this information regularly. All-Energy Australia is a business event so children under 14 are not permitted inside the halls. Buyers with babies (aged 0-2) in a pram or carrying device require a security approved pram sticker from Customer Service.

A dedicated first aid room and isolation area will be made available for any attendee feeling unwell or displaying COVID-19 symptoms. 

• Food control measures aligned to the Victorian Heath requirements
• Cashless event - only card payments will be permitted at catering outlets.
• All seating areas within cafes will comply with density limits.
• Increased cleaning schedule of all catering furniture and surfaces.
• All ‘grab and go food’ take away items available for purchase will be in sealed containers or packaging.
• Clean Keep cups can be utilised at all cafes. The MCEC cannot clean cups on behalf of visitors.
• Plexiglass barriers installed at all cafes where appropriate.
